Welcome to the online registration form

Before starting, make sure you have the following at hand:

  1. Your full contact details
  2. Your teacher's full contact details
  3. Your complete curriculum
  4. Your category
  5. A recent, good quality photograph (High resolution in .jpg, .png, or .gif format)
  6. A double-sided photocopy of your passport or identity card.
  7. Copyright of "Assigment of image right" document, dated and signed by an adult (parent or tutor)
  8. Certificate of attendance from your music academy or conservatory.
